<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a ticket easily obtaining a ticket with a preference design and leaving an evidence of participating therein after finishing an event. <P>SOLUTION: This ticket issue system is provided with database 107 storing ticket information including private information of a user corresponding to an IC ticket which is formed by embedding a non-rewritable IC chip 402 prewritten with ID information in paper sheets 401, and a Web server 106 connected to information terminals 100 and 104 operated by users via a network 111. The Web server 106 obtains ID information written in the private information input by the users via the information terminals 100 and 104 and the IC chip 402, creates ticket information of the IC ticket based on the private information and the IC information, transmits the formed ticket information to the information terminals and the information terminal 100 and 104 issue the IC ticket based on the ticket information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
