<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub made of Oya stone as a material, that makes full use of a feel of natural stone and makes a bather feel a peace of mind as a molded object giving off a Japanese touch. <P>SOLUTION: A bathtub body 1 is formed from Oya stone quarried in the form of a solid or a parallelepiped of a prescribed size by open-cut mining or underground mining.
