SALE SUPPORT METHOD OF MERCHANDISE AND ITS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sale support method and its system capable of concretely advertise merchandise suitable for a customer who visits a specific store to the customer and more effectively promoting merchandise sale of the store.

SOLUTION: A support computer for providing merchandise information suitable for the customer who visits the store through a customer input part and an information output part arranged in the store is constituted. The support computer is provided with a question procedure for asking questions in relation to necessity of the merchandise to the visited customer, an extraction procedure for extracting the merchandise information according to a response from a storage means based on obtained customer's response information and a presentation procedure for presenting the extracted merchandise information and information indicating a rack location of the merchandise to the customer.
