PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner with a built-in electric heater, causing no deficiency in the capacity of a power cord and allowing an easy change in the capacity of the heater. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner comprises a casing 1 having a suction grill 7 and an air outlet 8, the electric heater 11 arranged in the casing on the way of an air flow path ranging from the suction grill 7 to the air outlet 8, and a power cord 23 for gaining electric power from an external power supply to drive the electric heater 11.
