PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve removing efficiency of a concrete remaining lump and concrete placing quality for next use. SOLUTION: In the method and device, after placing the concrete, the concrete remaining lump cured and adhered to a form 12 is removed by a chaplet member 50 mounted on the outer periphery of the form 12 movably in the circumferential direction or longitudinal direction. Many polishing sections 52 are disposed at a predetermined interval on the front surface side of the chaplet member 50, many applying sections 54 of peeling agents are disposed on the back surface side of the chaplet member 50 at a predetermined interval, the front surface side of the chaplet member 50 is abutted on the form 12, and the concrete remaining lump is removed by the polishing sections 52, then the chaplet member 50 is inverted to abut the back surface side on the form 12, and the peeling agent is applied by the applying sections 54.
