PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel amine compound and an organic electroluminescent element having a long emission life and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element has at least one layer containing at least one amine compound represented by general formula (1) and sandwiched between a pair of electrodes. In general formula (1), A and A' are each a substituted or unsubstituted amino group; X<SB>1</SB>-X<SB>6</SB>are each a substituent; l and m are each 1 or 2; a, b, c, d, e and f are each an integer of 0-3; n and n' are each an integer of 0-2; and at least one of n and n' is an integer of at least 1.
