PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment preparation having an application range as a lotion, while being sprayed as if an aerosol hair spray is sprayed. SOLUTION: This hair treatment preparation is composed of a pressure-resistant packaging material formed out of polyethylene terephthalate, a device for spraying a composition contained in the packaging material, at least one kind of hair-setting polymer, a 2C- or 3C-monohydric alcohol, water in an amount of at least 5 wt.%, and at least one kind of propellant selected from propane, butane, and a fluorinated hydrocarbon, wherein only one of transparent liquid phase exists in the packaging material, other than a gas phase.
