PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incubator designed to readily watch an operation panel provided with a display part, an operation part, or the like, and regulate the operation panel to an easily usable angle even when a plurality of units are installed in a shelf, or the like, for saving space. SOLUTION: This incubator 1 is provided with a reaction chamber 3 composed in an incubator body 2, a heat conductive reaction block 4 holding one or a plurality of reaction vessels 5 each housing a reaction sample and a heat insulating cover 7 freely openably and closably covering the upper part of the reaction chamber 3. The reaction sample is cultured by heating/cooling the reaction block 4. In the incubator 1, the operation panel 8 is equipped with the display part 9 displaying the culturing conditions and the operation panel 8 is mounted so as to regulate the angle from the incubator body 2.
