The additive comprises raw granules or powder formed by comminution of building wastes. It is made preferably from foamed or porous concrete and brick or tile waste, with added coating- or swelling agent. The composition of the product granules is: 20-70 wt% foamed concrete and 30-80 wt% brick flour. Particle size is 2-8 mm. Its inner pore diameter is made 100-1000 microns or 10-1000 microns as required. Its bulk density is -.3-0.9 g/cm3.
