A surgical training equipment for endoscopy has a support shell simulating a human torso and the inner cavities. The shell is made of metal mesh with a hole size sufficiently large to insert probes. The mesh provides a support structure to fit models of inner organs. Ribs and other bones are simulated by shaped mesh. The shell is reinforced by metal sheet over the areas where no probes are inserted. For access and cleaning purposes etc. the shell is split into lower and upper halves. The shell is easily cleaned with steam etc.
