<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device by which a user can easily grasp a current energy saving state in a visual sense. <P>SOLUTION: A power source 5 for energy savings to be controlled by an energy saving mode is fed to respective sections requiring it. The power source 5 is also directed to a control section 6 equipped with a display section 7 constituted of an LCD, allowing an LED 8 to be turned on corresponding to a current feeding state.
