<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Sake (Japanese rice wine) having an oxidation/reduction functions and capable of being produced in a small size production device economically, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen-containing Sake is produced by dissolving hydrogen gas into the Sake by pressurizing by 1-500 atm to obtain the Sake having a negative oxidation/reduction potential.
