<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stationary type mixing appliance which has a high mixing efficiency by reducing a dead spacing and a pressure reduction on a background of the previous technique. <P>SOLUTION: Mixture members 15, 15' and 15" include a edge in the lateral direction 21, guide walls 17' and 18', end area parts of the side parts 19 and 20, and at least one bottom area part 22 arranged in the guide walls.
