<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging member, on which much product information and many patterns can be displayed, from which an attached label can be easily removed and cannot be attached again, and which has superior design property to allow the packaging member to be made into a desired shape. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging member comprises a heat-weldable base material.
