PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a back light type display board which is lit up by a back light through transmission to represent light-nontransmissive and light-transmissive print contents in a deep color without using the exclusive toner in deep color, while deterring the display board from being unattractive. SOLUTION: Provided are a light-transmissive substrate 10, a toner layer 20 which is printed on the substrate 10 with a toner, and a light-transmissive ink layer 50 which is printed in ink, the back light BL arranged for the substrate 10 on the opposite side from a viewpoint lights up the display contents of the toner layer 20 and ink layer 50 by transmission. Then, the toner layer 20 and ink layer 50 are arranged to be viewed adjacently in a direction parallel to a plate surface of the substrate 10, and the outline of the ink layer 50 is viewed with the border between the toner layer 20 and ink layer 50.
