PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylenic resin composition having good flexibility and recoverability from deformation, and further having excellent resistance to oil bleeding; and to provide a sheet of the composition. SOLUTION: The ethylene-α-olefin copolymer composition comprises (A) 40-80wt.% ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having 1-38% crystallinity [D], 0.1-100g/10min MFR and≤4.0 Q-value, (B) 20-60wt.% paraffin-based process oil having 200-2,000 weight average molecular weight, 20-800cSt kinematic viscosity at 40°C, and (-40)-0°C fluid point.
