PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying position measuring instrument not depending on the Global Positioning System constructed by the United States of America. SOLUTION: This instrument is constituted of a space navigation body 1, and a plurality of ground stations 4 of which positional coordinates are known in an earth fixed coordinate system, and wherein the positional coordinates are radio-transmitted with transmission time information, and the space navigation body 1 determines a flying position in the earth fixed coordinate system, based on relative distances from the concurrently received coordinates of the three positions.
