PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release sheet which does not damage a metallic thin film during stripping the release sheet; precisely patterns the metallic thin film; and can secure the successful transferability of the metallic thin film, and a ceramic green sheet with a metallic thin film for which the release sheet is used and a method for manufacturing a ceramic capacitor for which the ceramic green sheet with a metallic thin film is used. SOLUTION: The release sheet 3 is obtained by applying a long-chain alkyl pendant release treatment agent containing a principal agent composed of a releasable polymer with a 12 to 28C long-chain alkyl group as a side chain and a photo-setting agent to the surface of a base film 1 and curing the release treatment agent to form a release treated layer 2. Next, the metallic thin film 4 is formed on the release treated layer 2 as a prescribed wiring circuit pattern, and a ceramic powder-dispersed layer 8 is formed on the release treated layer 2 including the metallic thin film 4.
