PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock for a shutter door, which enables the locking/unlocking operation of the shutter door to be reasonably and smoothly performed by using a plate key, and enables the keys to be set to be of great variety. SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by constituting the cylinder lock as follows: a slide bar equipped with two U-shaped supporting pieces is built into a rotating plug of the cylinder lock; a key hole is provided in the central part of the plug; the two supporting pieces are arranged on both the sides of the key hole serving as a center; dimples, different in arrangement and depth, are provided on both the faces of the plate key; and a tumbler pin is operated from the side of both the faces.
