PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise shielding structure of an electronic control unit used for a vehicle, which is simple in structure, capable of preventing the noises from penetrating into a connector, and reducing the electronic control unit for a vehicle in size and weight. SOLUTION: A control board 2 is equipped with electromagnetic wave oscillation parts 11 on its undersurface B and a connector 15 on its top surface A, and the control board 2 is fitted to a case 4 possessing electromagnetic shielding properties in such a manner facing its top surface A outward so as to stop the opening 4a of the case 4.
