PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backhoe capable of preventing forgetting to close a battery cover by making it impossible to close a bonnet by revolving it downward when a battery cover arranged in a main body frame is opened. SOLUTION: The backhoe constituted by arranging the battery BT in the main body frame 2 of the backhoe and mounting the bonnet 3 to open and close by vertical revolution on the main body frame 2 is constituted to open and close the battery cover 41 to cover an upper part of the battery BT by revolving it in the horizontal direction and to project the battery cover 41 outside from the main body frame 2 at the time of opening the battery cover 41.
