摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating drive mechanism having simple configuration, small number of components and excellent responsive characteristic with small inertia. SOLUTION: The rotation of a first motor 20A out of two motors 20A and 20B is converted into the high-speed and low-torque rotational output by a first power transmission mechanism 30, and transmitted to a ball screw mechanism 50. The rotation of the second motor 20B is converted into the low-speed high-torque rotational output by a second power transmission mechanism 40, and transmitted to the ball screw mechanism 50. In the ball screw mechanism 50, a feed screw 52 is supported by a screw hole of a nut member 51 in a rotatable screw-feed manner. The first power transmission mechanism 30 and the second power transmission mechanism 40 are connected to the feed screw 52 and the nut member 51, respectively.
