PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of excrement reserved in a pouch from the pouch during the living activities and to easily and quickly discharge the reserved excrement in the pouch for an artificial anus to be used repeatedly by appropriately discharging the reserved excrement. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body with an appropriate aperture is attached to an opening part in the lower part of the pouch made of a polyethylene film or the like, and a screw is formed on the outer surface of the cylindrical body. A plug body with a screw formed on the inner surface, corresponding to the screw on the outer surface of the cylindrical body, is thread-engaged with the cylindrical body.
