PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which makes itself quickly adaptable to change in display and achieves excellent eye catching features without spoiling the image of the floor with a safety structure. SOLUTION: The display device comprises a pair of overhang arms 20 mounted at the upper and lower parts of a component member in the display shelf with respective hook-shaped retaining parts, display body holders 31 and 32, each made up of an inverted-L shaped round bar, mounted adjustable in height respectively at the front ends of the overhung arms 20 and a slender sheet-shaped display body 40 spread vertically with the display body holders 31 and 32.
