<p>When making frameless spectacles, the work with correct disposition and drilling of the mounting holes (2) for the nose bridge and the side bars constitutes an even very time-consuming and expensive work which in spite of due care in connection with the establishing of these holes, fails with consequent discarding of costly spectacle glasses. One of the most essential sources of error in connection with establishing the mounting holes is that the templates for formation thereof are handheld. For the relief thereof, there is provided a jig equipment including a drilling jig (6) capable of being fastened in cutouts (22, 24) in a template (16) for spectacle glasses. The jig is hereby fixed and held effectively in the correct position during drilling of the holes, also rendering superfluous marking of the datum line at the front side (12) of the glass.</p> |
