PURPOSE: A microcomputer equipped with a logic LSI(Large Scale IC) having a CPU and a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) is provided to perform a digital signal process at high-speed and improve user's convenience by mounting the CPU and the DSP on one IC, and extremely control increase of a physical scale when the CPU and the DSP are mounted on the same IC. CONSTITUTION: An address is selectively transferred to the first to the third address bus(IAB,YAB,XAB) from the CPU(2). The first memories(5,7) are connected to the first and the second bus, and are accessed by the address from the CPU. The second memories(4,6) are connected to the first and the third bus, and are accessed by the address from the CPU. The first data bus(IDB) transfers data by connecting to the first and the second memory, and the CPU. The second data bus(YDB) transfers the data by connecting to the first memory. The third data bus(XDB) transfers the data by connecting to the second memory. An external interface circuit(12) is connected to the first address bus and the first data bus. The DSP is connected to the first to the third data bus and is operated by synchronizing with the CPU. A control signal line transfers a DSP control signal(20) to the DSP from the CPU. |
