摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic light emitting diode with an improved luminance efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Nitrogen (N<SB>2</SB>) is added to a hole transfer layer (HTL). While the hole transfer layer is growing up, nitrogen and hole transfer layer materials are deposited and the nitrogen molecule is injected into the hole transfer layer. In the hole transfer layer, the nitrogen molecule is an impurity with high energy level that traps the hole in the hole transfer layer, and thus achieving a target of improving a luminance efficiency of the organic light emitting layer at low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
