<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a billing system which is safe and facilitates operation of locks in various types of service only by dialing a specific telephone number or by holding a non-contact IC (integrated circuit) card or the like over a specific place. <P>SOLUTION: According to a locking method, points sold to a customer, a registered identification sign of a terminal portable telephone, for use as a key by the customer, and an identification sign of the lock are recorded on a one-by-one correspondence basis. Then by receiving a notification of the identification sign of the terminal portable telephone, or a notification of the identification sign of the terminal portable telephone and the identification sign of the lock, locking/unlocking and automatic payment of the points (charge) are performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
