<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laid down object fixing structure of a fuel tank capable of improving the fitting workability of a laid down object and the fuel tank by a worker and facilitating the design and molding of the fuel tank. <P>SOLUTION: A channel 20 for laying a fuel tube 16 is formed in the top wall 10A of the resin-made fuel tank 10. While the fuel tube 16 is inserted into the channel 20, a cushion member 18 is bonded by an adhesive 22 to close the channel 20 and provide the cushion member 18 between the fuel tube 16 and a floor pan 14. Consequently, when fitting the fuel tank 10, there is no possibility that the fuel tube 16 slips out of the channel 20 and is nipped between the floor pan 14 and it.
