PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for driving and controlling a plurality of air blowers installed in a livestock barn so as to optionally vary air volume corresponding to the environment of the barn, kind and head of accommodated cattle. SOLUTION: This driving control device consists of the plurality of air blowers 2 arranged in a building with a predetermined interval; a driving power supply 1 for supplying a driving power to each air blower 2; a temperature detection sensor 9 provided at a predetermined position in the building; and a controller 7 which comprises a temperature control means for driving each of the air blowers 2 at the rotational speed set so as to be the same or individually corresponding to the temperature detected by the temperature detection sensor 9, and a rotational speed control means for optionally changing the rotational speed regardless of the temperature detected by the temperature detection sensor 9.
