PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter accurately and readily performing the regulation of tilt control and parallel control with a control regulating function. SOLUTION: An angle detecting sensor 21 measuring the tilt angle on the side of a transplanting implement 3 relatively to the traveling machine body 1 is installed between the side of the transplanting machine body 1 and the side of the transplanting implement 3 freely liftably and lowerably and freely left and right swingably connected to the transplanting machine body 1. A control part for controlling an actuator 18 swinging the transplanting implement 3 to the left and the right controls the left and right tilt posture of the transplanting implement 3 so as to be a parallel posture relatively to the traveling machine body 1 with the parallel control function based on data from the angle detecting sensor 21 when the transplanting implement 3 is lifted to a prescribed height or more. The swinging angle of the tilt control function controlling the left and right tilt posture of the transplanting implement 3 to a proper posture relatively to a field when performing planting operation is regulated within a prescribed range with the control regulating function based on the data from the angle detecting sensor 21.
