<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbable product which has a mechanical zip fastener means equipped with a disposal means so that a disposable absorbable product can be discarded easily. <P>SOLUTION: The mechanical zip fastener means preferably has a tape tab which has a first fastener element, a second fastener element which can catch the first fastener element mechanically, and a disposal means to fixate the absorbable product in the shape that can discard the product easily. The disposal means has the second fastener element which is firmly fixed on at least one lining surface of the tape tab preferably.
