<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent quality in printing from being influenced by negative impact due to use of supporting points. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, the supporting points on a burning surface allow strippable fixation of the burning surface, which are left as it is by non-image printing of picture dots on a plate 10, and then combustion products on the burning surface are removed from the plate 10 at the step of cleaning. For at least one of the supporting points in one reference point 12, the number of its picture dots to be printed in peripheral area of the reference point 12 exceeds a threshold value, and it is left behind only when only the picture dots to be printed are present within the interface 20 of the peripheral area 18 around the reference point 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
