PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of an operation sound by restraining an increase in clearance caused by heating. SOLUTION: This rotary cylinder device respectively rotatably supports a rotary cylinder member and a piston holding member in a casing; rotatably holds a piston with a position as the center in an autorotation center position eccentric from a rotational center position of the piston holding member; allows the piston itself to go in and out of a cylinder chamber while rotating the autorotation center position as the center by the relative rotational movement of the rotary cylinder member and the piston holding member; and has a suction port and a delivery port continuing with the cylinder chamber in the casing, and has a radiator 90 for cooling a mixed fluid of gas and liquid delivered from the delivery port and a gas-liquid separator 91 for separating the gas and the liquid of the mixed fluid, and cools a device body 1 by the gas cooled by the radiator 90 and separated by the gas-liquid separator 91.
