PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed storage container, which is assembled without labor, can be put away compactly when not needed, and suppresses the oxidation and/or deterioration of a material to be stored, irrespective of the inflow/outflow volume of the material. SOLUTION: A side peripheral wall 11 is erected on the upper surface of a bottom board 12 by injecting a gas or a liquid into the peripheral wall 11 to form a container shape. On the top of the peripheral wall, a flexible top sheet 13 is formed to compose a storage chamber 10. The top sheet 13 can move to a first position, where the capacity of the storage chamber 10 becomes maximum, and to a second position, where it becomes minimum, in response to the volume of the material flowing in or out of the storage chamber 10.
