A device for the status diagnosis and control of a hydraulic component (12), in particular a hydraulic cylinder (13), is disclosed, which is connected to a fluid source (10) by means of at least one fluid channel (11). An electronic diagnostic module (23) serves for the diagnosis of the status of the hydraulic component (12), at least by means of measurement of the fluid flow using a flow meter (29). The diagnostic module (23) has at least one integrated hydraulic through line (22), provided with a flow meter (29) for the diagnosis and which forms the fluid channel (11) together with at least one fluid line (21, 24), arranged in series therewith. At least one of the fluid lines (21, 24) is provided with at least two integrated electrical or optical lines for data and/or energy transmission. The diagnostic module (23) is electrically or optically connected to a control and/or monitoring centre (32) which receives diagnostic data. By a simple plug connection of the fluid source (10) to the diagnosis module (23) and the hydraulic component (12) by means of the fluid lines (21, 24) the hydraulic and optical or electrical connections can be simultaneously made, which simplifies the assembly and reduces the cabling complexity. |
