<p>The cape is made of a suitable soft and washable material and can be fastened with a zip fastener, patent fasteners or strips of Velcro(RTM) at the front. It is precisely positioned around the neck of the client. The outer surface of the cape is provided with several parallel positioned horizontal lines serving as reference lines in particular when cutting long hair.
