<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer management information display control system and method for gathering/storing and displaying printer management information with respect to the consumable parts or error of a printer device and for displaying a graph enabling a user manager to easily grasp the transition conditions of the printer management information than a conventional manner, and for reducing the amount of use of a disk etc., on a PC/server. <P>SOLUTION: This printer management information display control system is provided with a printer management information storing part 4 for storing printer management information including first information regularly gathered from a printer device and second information irregularly gathered from the printer device or regularly gathered at a shorter interval than an interval in the first information into a file and a printer management information display control part 3 for processing and displaying in-file printer management information.
