<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from missing a program designated by the user. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic program guide is displayed on a mobile phone 9 of the user to make the user mark a desired program out of programs. A mobile server device 11 compares the broadcasting start time and the broadcasting end time of the program marked by the user with schedule data showing schedules of the user, which are separately stored and controlled by the user. When the broadcasting time of the marked program overlaps schedules of the user, the mobile server device 11 transmits a message for prompting the user to set recording of the marked program by remote control, to the mobile phone 9 of the user.
