PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver that allows to easily perform timer recording to recording equipment even between different different manufacturers. SOLUTION: The television receiver is provided with a program recording controller, a memory that stores a remote control code that includes the other main manufacturers prestored in the memory of the controller, an output terminal that outputs the remote control code, a wired-type infrared remote control signal generation part connected to the same output terminal, and output terminals for BS a channel video image and sound.
