<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random number data distribution device for authentication capable of shortening a period from reception of a request of re-issuance of a random number card to its arrival to a user at hand and preventing unauthorized access to a account by a third person by using the random number card the re-issuance request of which is received. <P>SOLUTION: Suppression of use of the account to a service provision device is instructed based on an issuance request of random number data, the random number data corresponding to a terminal is read from a member database, the read random number data is transmitted to the terminal corresponding to the random number data based on member information corresponding to the read random number data, whether or not the random number data is received by the terminal is detected, when a fact that the random access data is received by the terminal is detected based on a detection result, use of the account is permitted to the service provision device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
