摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater aeration apparatus for performing an effective aerating action by its own sucking capacity while dispensing with an air replenishing unit and its incidental facilities without losing its own sucking function even when installed at a deep place. <P>SOLUTION: This underwater aeration apparatus is provided with a guide casing 1 having a liquid sucking port 2 in the central part of the undersurface, an air sucking port 3 in the central part of the upper surface, and a gas and liquid discharging port 4 on the outer circumferential surface. The guide casing 1 is immersed in water. An air chamber 5 is arranged on the casing 1 and communicated with the atmosphere above the liquid level. An agitating impeller 7 which is housed in the casing 1 and rotated by a motor 12 separates a liquid flow passage 8 that is communicated with the port 2 and extended to the peripheral direction from an air flow passage 9 that is communicated with the chamber 5 and extended to the peripheral direction. The partition wall of the agitating impeller 7 is formed as a blade and is fit to the tip of a shaft 11 of the motor 12 that penetrates the chamber 5 and is directed downward. An air compressing impeller 13 which is arranged just above the impeller 7 and rotated together with the impeller 7 is additionally provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p>
