PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix an outer tub in a top loading type drum washing machine wherein an outer tub opening is opened/closed with an outer tub door. SOLUTION: An upper fixing member 631 is composed of a foamed resin material, and its upper part has an external form similar to the inner peripheral edge of a laundry throw-in port 3 to be fitted to the laundry throw-in port 3. On its lower surface, a first recessed portion 70 to which the upper part of an outer tub door 101 extended from the upper surface of the outer tub 10 is fitted is formed. In the middle part of a front part of the first recessed portion 70, a second recessed portion 71 to which an operating part 52 protruded from the upper surface of the outer tub door 101is fitted is formed. The upper part of the upper fixing member 631 is fitted into the laundry throw-in port 3, and the upper part of the outer tub door 101 and the operating part 52 are fitted into the first recessed portion 70 and the second recessed portion 71 of the upper fixing member 631, an then, the upper part of the outer tub 10 is fixed to an outer casing 1.
