PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical equipment in which rotating operation for adjusting mechanisms can be easily conducted and durability for heated steam sterilization is ensured. SOLUTION: Focus control ring is turnably arranged on the rim surface of airtight package 7 which stores focus lens group 11 in its airtight inner parts and also a cover 35 is arranged. Focus control ring 28 seals a magnet 26 which is rust free processed inside, with sealing materials 47, 48 having small allowance for tightening in a manner that the rotating operation is easily made, while the cover 35 fully seals a tact switch 32 arranged inside with a sealing material 49 having large allowance for tightening.
