PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily place the upper faces of sleeper beams to coincide with each other on one plane in connecting the first sleeper beam and the second sleeper beam arranged at a right angle to each other, by a connecting implement in the connecting structure of the sleeper beams used for the floor of a building. SOLUTION: Two reference inclined faces 11b, 12b facing each other are formed at the first and second sleeper beams 3A, 3B, while connecting reference inclined faces 17b, 17c facing each other are formed at the connecting implement Jo. The reference inclined faces 11b, 12b of either one of the first and second sleeper beams 3A, 3B, and the connecting reference inclined faces 17b, 17c of the connecting implement Jo are brought into close contact with each other to fix one sleeper beam 3B and the connecting implement Jo by bolts and nuts 21, 22. One sleeper beam 3B and the connecting implement Jo are thereby connected in vertical alignment, and then the other sleeper beam 3A and the connecting implement Jo are fixed by the bolts and nuts 21, 22.
