PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic winding type screen device which prevents a sash frame, a skeleton, or the like fixing a winding box from being damaged, by removing a winding shaft from the winding box even when a sudden force acts on the winding shaft. SOLUTION: In the screen device 1, a screen 4 is automatically wound on the winding shaft 3 supported in the winding box 2 fixed to an opening frame 10 of a building by a winding mechanism 30 by a coil spring 33 built in the winding shaft 3. A notch hole 24b for separating a support shaft 32 from a bearing hole 24a is formed in the bearing hole 24a of a bracket 21 for supporting the support shaft 32 of the winding shaft 3.
