PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple configuration by branching a signal through a wiring parallel coupling structure so as to match impedance and ensure signal quality without using wasteful components for the coupling. SOLUTION: As a structure for branching a signal such as a clock signal and supplying the branched signal to many supply destinations in a wiring board such as a printed circuit board, branch wirings 4 whose one terminal is subjected to termination processing 7 in parallel with a main wiring 3, and the parallel length of which is selected to be a length equivalent to 1/4 wavelength of a desired signal are placed in parallel with the main wiring 3 for delivering the desired signal but not directly connected to the main wiring 3.
