PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module which ensures high reliability, conversion efficiency and easy increase in size. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module is formed of an electric and thermal insulating frame provided with a plurality of through-holes and a plurality of electrode grooves for coupling the through-holes, p-type thermoelectric elements and n-type thermoelectric elements which are alternately arranged to the through-holes of the frame, and a spraying electrode which is embedded to form the structure that the p-type thermoelectric elements and n-type thermoelectric elements are alternately and electrically connected in series in the electrode groove of the frame. The frame, p-type and n-type thermoelectric elements and the spraying electrode are integrally fixed. In this thermoelectric conversion module, thickness of the wall for separating the p-type thermoelectric elements and n-type thermoelectric elements is set to be 2.5 mm or less. Or, a level difference between the electrode forming surface of the electrode groove and the electrode forming surface of the p-type and n-type thermoelectric elements is set to be 0.2 mm or less. Moreover, an interval between the wall for separating the p-type and n-type thermoelectric elements and the thermoelectric elements is set to be 0.6 mm or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
