PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a recording device in a technique for recording information in a recording medium by a recording device. SOLUTION: In the technique for recording information in the recording medium 601, control information, that information is inputted, information from start of recording of one time to stop of recording is managed by one chapter (e.g. 610 to 613), the chapter is controlled by a title, the title is managed by a pair of videos and a sub-set, and the information of which the recording attribute is different is controlled by a video title set (e.g. 602 and 603), is generated, and the information and the control information are recorded in the recording medium.
