PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device designed so as to permit rotation in one direction and to exclude rotation in the opposite direction using minimum movement of a vibration weight by recording minimum movement of a wristwatch wearer into a barrel. SOLUTION: This device has a wheel 1 to which blades 4 are fixed. The blades 4 are evenly arranged around the center part 2 and curved in the opposite direction of rotation of the wheel.
